1. Introduction
We are seeking proposal for Gasoline Engine based on product portfolio covering performance range. This RFP presents the
general technical specs of engine. Development of subsystems that need to be done for whole vehicle (e.g. EMS Calibration,
cooling system, fueling system, air system …)
3. Scope of Work
Focusing on engine for pick up, we have a 2.4 Lit. Bi fuel petrol/CNG engine (Z24I/IB) on light pickup. These engine is
installed on the pickup with nearly application of light truck; To update range of production and covering market demand for
more production, we are planning to install a gasoline engine which is capable to compete with the same category
concerning their performance, fuel consumption and emission level (pollution & noise).
Proposed solutions should be corporate following criteria as well:
? Emission standard should be in compliance with European Standards (Euro-5 with EOBD)
? Should have Justifiable fuel consumption and NVH.
? Cover requested Power, low end and Max torque.
? The engine pack should be including: 1- Power Steering components 2- HVAC Compressor
? Required engine for production: 150 Set/day
